Jeffrey Scott Sullender, Ph.D., CCN is a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist by the Clinical Nutrition Certification Board. He has been in full-time practice since 1982 and pioneered many of the natural therapy approaches now commonly available.

Dr. Sullender has served as national Secretary for the International & American Associations of Clinical Nutritionists (IAACN), is a member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Clinical Nutrition Certification Board (CNCB), was creator and past editor-in-chief of Insight, the official IAACN professional newsletter. He has also served on the Post-Graduate Faculty of New York Chiropractic College as an instructor in therapeutic clinical nutrition and has taught professionals since 1986 throughout New England and the Northeast. Dr. Sullender was an advisor to the New Hampshire Osteoporosis Advisory Council from 1997-2000.

A CCN is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and is tested and certified to the highest standards in Clinical Nutrition. CCNs are required to maintain 40 CEUs per 2 year period and undergo re-certification testing every five years. CCNs may also be pharmacists, physicians, naturopaths, chiropiractors, nurses, dietitians, or other health professionals, if they meet the educational and testing requirements. Dr. Sullender was one of the founding members of this effort, the IAACN organization, and continues to contribute to the field.
